Every garment opens fully from the sides or front, allowing caregiver-assisted dressing while the patient remains in bed or seated in a wheelchair. They are designed so one caregiver can manage a full change.

Adaptive nightwear for home nursing care

Most of a bedridden patient's day is spent in nightwear, which makes it the most important garment in the house and the one families think about least. Adaptive nightwear differs from ordinary nightwear in one way: it opens, rather than being pulled on.

Front-open nighties open from neck to hem, so a caregiver can change the garment without sitting the patient up or lifting their arms.
Side-opening night pants open along both legs, so they can be positioned under the patient and closed from outside, with no hip lifting.
