Refund policy
Overview
At Aasra Adaptive Clothing, we understand that our customers often depend on our garments for daily comfort and recovery. We take product quality very seriously and want you to shop with complete confidence.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
- The item is not part of our non-returnable category (see Section 3)
Note: In case of an approved return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. A flat fee of ₹300 per product will be deducted to cover logistics and handling costs from the refund amount.
2. How to Initiate a Return/ Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at aasra.connect@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning the product.
- Items must be shipped back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Innerwear, undergarments, or intimate adaptive wear
- Items purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts
- Custom-made or made-to-order garments
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI. You will need to provide your bank account and UPI details to our support team.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defective or incorrect item
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer size or colour exchanges only once subject to stock availability. If you need a different size, please mention it clearly in your return request email.
Items must be shipped back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exchanges are processed within 4-5 business days after we receive the original item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, email us at aasra.connect@gmail.com or Whatsapp our helpline +91-9211084452 as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may return it after delivery as per the return policy above.
