Aasra's adaptive lowers collection uses side-open seams, full side-zip access, and wide-leg designs that allow dressing while seated or lying down — without lifting the legs off the bed or chair.

Designed around the needs of patients recovering from hip replacement, knee replacement, femur fracture, and lower limb surgery. Also suitable for wheelchair users and people living with limited lower body mobility from Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, or spinal cord injury.
