Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities - 3 to 5 business days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities - 5 to 7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas - 7 to 10 business days

 

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

 

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged please make an unboxing video and share with us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. In case the order is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve it at the earliest.
