Adaptive lower body clothing specifically designed for hip replacement surgery recovery and knee replacement surgery recovery. The primary challenge after hip or knee surgery is that patients cannot bend the hip beyond 90 degrees, cannot bear full weight, and cannot step into standard trousers. Aasra's hip and knee recovery collection solves all three problems.

Garments feature full side-opening seams with velcro or snap fastenings, allowing trousers and pajamas to be wrapped around the leg without stepping or lifting. Wide leg openings accommodate post-surgical swelling, braces, and compression stockings. Waistbands are elasticated or adjustable to fit over bandaging and avoid pressure on the hip incision site.
